
My Story
Wild Flour was founded in 2020 by me, Abi May, a self-taught vegan baker out of Elgin, Illinois. After being vegetarian for several years I decided to go vegan and don’t regret it.
After becoming vegan (for the animals) I found that there weren't a lot of vegan dessert options in my local area and wanted to change that.
Wild Flour was born out of a desire to create and share delicious, vegan, guilt-free desserts that can be enjoyed by anyone!
